Over the past month, my personal social media analytics have shown consistent growth in both reach and engagement. Instagram and Pinterest remain my top-performing platforms, with a 39% increase in impressions and an increase in outbound clicks. This is thanks to a series of lifestyle and health-focused reels. Pinterest impressions also saw a steady rise, with a 39% spike during the second week of June due to summer-themed wellness and travel pins. Link clicks and outbound traffic to my blog also increased showing stronger alignment between visual content and long-form storytelling.
On the professional side, the accounts I manage, including PlayersTV and WNBA Star Erica Wheeler’s podcast, have also seen noticeable growth and improved analytics metrics. YouTube subscriber count for PlayersTV increased largely due to consistent Shorts publishing and the launch of new content like Health is Wealth. Instagram Reels had a 40% higher reach when athlete storytelling and lifestyle content was paired with hip-hop audio or trending sounds. Erica Wheeler’s show content performed best on Instagram, with tunnel fit posts and All-Star voting CTAs driving the most engagement. Engagement across all platforms has been strongest when content is authentic, athlete-led, and culture-focused. Additionally, LinkedIn impressions grew 20% month-over-month, thanks to branded storytelling around new partnerships and athlete features. These analytics reflect the value of strategy, timing, and knowing what resonates culturally with the audience, proving that thoughtful, timely content creation leads to results across both personal and professional brands.
