My role combines creativity, data analysis, and cultural awareness to reach and grow our audience. For WNBA Star Erica Wheeler and JT’s podcast, I oversee the entire social media presence from planning to posting. Each episode is promoted with custom graphics, video clips, and engaging captions that connect with fans. Behind-the-scenes content and teaser clips help build excitement for upcoming episodes.

I track performance metrics weekly, analyzing growth and adjusting strategies as needed. Posting schedules, content formats, and topics shift based on audience engagement and feedback. Additionally, I manage PlayersTV’s YouTube channel, ensuring content is optimized for maximum visibility. Episodes are uploaded with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and eye-catching thumbnails to drive traffic. Subscriber growth and viewer engagement are monitored closely to inform content decisions. I also handle PlayersTV’s email marketing campaigns, building and sending targeted newsletters regularly. Email lists are segmented, allowing personalized messaging that speaks directly to each audience group.

After each campaign, open rates and click-through data are reviewed to improve performance. Effective campaigns are refined and repeated, while weaker ones are adjusted or redesigned. This approach keeps our audience consistently engaged across every touchpoint. Athlete stories are amplified, partnerships are highlighted, and brand visibility continues to grow.
